And as we move toward our 93rd year as a national organization, our desire is to continue to be a professional force within our community, empowering professionals and entrepreneurs on all levels. Since our inception on June, 28, 1946, Iota Phi Lambda Sorority, Incorporated, Mu Chapter, has been dedicated to the mission of our organization and serving the river region area. We are an energetic and diverse group of women from all ages, professions, and backgrounds who strive to give back to the community.
